my previous developer was working on a prestashop theme he completed the work but suddenly he just disappeared I hope he is alright, the thing is he didnt upload the project files and now i am stuck because i have to deliver the project, so i need some one who could copy/create a prestashop ASAP

here is the link of the theme which he made I have HTML and PSD, he was using default-bootstrap prestashop theme to create this website

So i want someone cheap but good who can create this theme in Prestashop v1.5

The new theme will be installed as a multishop, so you must be familiar with how that works!
