I am a web developer with more than 5 years of experience in the IT industry. Hence, I believe I am your ideal candidate. My proposal is to make a wrodpress-based website for this. Ofcourse, custom modules will need to be built to implement all of your requirements. But these can work with wordpress to provide the necessary services. However, please understand that being able to quickly stream HD video depends not just on the website code, but also on the underlying hardware and the network being used. This proposal is based on the fact that you have mentioned PHP in your project description. However, if you are targeting a large consumer base and want a website with high availability and robustness, I suggest we make a full fledged web app based on the Java EE. This means that we'l have a web application based on Spring MVC framework running on an application server(Oracle Weblogic or JBoss) with string database backend(Oracle DB). Hi I'm new on this site but for sure not new in IT (me and my colleagues have 5-12 years of experience in IT and PHP). Among other projects we worked on one of top adult sites around 5 years ago, during last years we also worked on several less know sites. What is really important for such a project for developer is to understand industry and have experience developing highly loaded websites with streaming support. We have such expertise and experience. I put 20K to the bid but it's much better to work full time on the project and just define detailed features and milestones and what part of functionality should be done by what date. Also, even after release there will be a lot of tasks to do. I have a team of 3 senior web developers and we would work on the project with pleasure on full time for $20/hr.
