iOS App Design

Need graphics designed for an iOS football app. 4 items detailed below. Looking for a flat UI design in line with latest iOS 7 design standards. 1) App icon (1024 x 1024) 2) Home screen - 8 options (Calendar, Live Scores, Groups, Knockout, Squads, Top Scorers, Settings, About) presented as icons in grid layout 3) Match a) A scoreboard at top. Should show team names, score, and an area to show time (will say either 43', HT, 18:45 or 15/06). Team flag optional (I already have flags), if it fits the design great, if not fine too. Below show Stadium name and info text (either Group X, Quarter-Final, Semi-Final or Final) b) A segmented control to switch between the three options - events, home lineup and away lineup c) View match events such as goals, yellow cards, red cards. I've got icons for things like goal, yellow card etc. as shown in the screenshot d) View lineups, will have a player number followed by player name, with starting 11 separated from subs (slight different text shade or just a gap). And a little green/red icon and a time after their name if they have come on or come off (eg Smith ^ 53'). The icon should look like a green arrow pointing up for player on, or a red arrow pointing down for player off. If you don't know what I mean I can find a screenshot, it's quite standard on football sites 4) Group Table - Ignore the fact that it says SPL in the screenshot, but that's the data it will have, of course only four teams Please send a portfolio of past work, particularly any examples of flat UI, and include the word football at the start of your bid.
