Artwork for website

Hello, I am looking for a person or team of people who can produce high quality illustrated graphic for a website. Final delivery should be in high resolution layered Photoshop or Illustrator files. Origination of the art can be traditional or digital. We are doing a translation website and we want to use one cartoon style character for each language. I will eventually offer translation services for all 24 languages below. If I like your work, I will eventually add additional languages and additional artwork to do. We have used four colors in the website for the moment : orange (#f68827) and blue (#3d8ec0), white and black. Our customers will mostly be small business owners, writers, literary industry in general, professionals, etc. We are not looking to have cartoon style characters for kids but we want something more relaxed than photos. We would like you to make 24 personalized characters (but all similar so less work to do) holding a flag for each language/country. Please provide a portfolio or samples of your work if possible. You will find attached an example of a 3D character holding a flag (note we don't want something related to football, we do not require 3D design or a copy of this 3D design). Thank you !
