i need a logo design similar to signage painted on a wall

I need a website logo created similar to the logo painted on a wall at our resort.
I want the logo in both white background and transparent background.
I would also like the file to be vector graphics so it can be enlarged for vinyl logo to use on vehicles.
Please see the attached photo of signage on wall.
For the website, I need a version in heights of: 100px, 150px 250px, 350px
Please also make the text as a separate object so I can edit the text in the future.
