Illustrator work need

Hi, I require a take away menu designed based on the attached in-house menu. We would prefer the takeaway menu to be a tri fold brochure but it all depends if we can for all the menu items on…or we may need advise on another way to do this? Hi, I require the attached PDF file duplicated, I would like the working file e.g. Illustrator etc to be provided as well as the high resolution PDF. The PDF attached is password protected, and none can remember the password and so we can longer make changes. This is why I need to re-done. If I can have this complete asap, would be great. exactly the same….but the number in the top corner needs to be 1501 not 1001. Other then that everything else is the same. The file is password protected and no one can remember the password, so we couldn't change it
