I want a fantastic brochure to put in people's letterboxes that will blow homeowners away and beg them to have us work for them. The angle and basic brief is in the file attached in this project. The angle is critical, and the presentation images are important too. The winning bidder will write a PM to me and explain in their own language exactly the angle that I am looking for (based on the attached file). I also want the language changed to reflect the needs of a single property homeowner.
The end result will be printed on card and delivered into people's letterboxes.
