Logo Design - Mobile Cross-Media

We are a software company building mobile cross-media toolkits/programming environments and require a new logo and banner for our product to use on a website and promotional business stationery - ie online and offline.
I am happy to consider original designs related to the following keywords: mobile, smartphones, network technology, documents, multimedia, hyperlinks, navigation, interaction, multitouch, RFID, voice recognition, smart pen.
The name "MobiCraNT" is really important and should be clearly inside of the 'High-Tech' logo.
I need the logo in either:
- Multiple sizes: small/medium (Logo) and large (Banner) in editable formats (psd,..)
- Vector-based editable formats to use as Logo and Banner (wide-version) (psd, inkscape,..)
I also want full and exclusive rights to use the logo - ie fully owned by me and would like to see a portfolio before deciding.
