Rephrasing in areas of Copyscape hits of Already Written Work + Add New References APA + Compile Four Chapters Together + Auto Index Contents/List of Figures/Tables

I compiled four chapters .... submitted to teacher.....returned back to me due to significant copy pasting.....dozens of copyscape hits ....all chapters need to be combined.....rephrased in places where I am getting copyscape hits. The copy pasted areas need to be re-corrected by rephrasing making it look like I used min five references for that topic in order to make it look like that it is "well researched" and "analyzed". All references to be in APA Style formatting and to be added to MS Word Citation Index.
