I will start off with what I do not like:
Lazy people, "spacey" writers who spend all day smoking weed for inspiration and write 500 words a day, people who take like 18 hours to reply to messages (you know freelancer has a phone app, right?), people with a bad natural writing flow, and those who cannot even use spell check in microsoft word.
Now, on to what the ideal candidate would be for this project:
You are smart, intelligent, open-minded, and willing to entertain and argue for ideas you might not believe in. You enjoy putting forth an argument and are able to take an existing piece and expand upon it.
Interest in non-technical anthropology, sociology, and human nature is a bonus. Note I said interest, you do not need prior knowledge in any of those fields, however it will help as you will have to read roughly a few chapters from books concerning those fields.
You must be willing to E-Sign an NDA and send a photo of your ID held up next to your open freelancer profile. You can blur out the license # itself to prevent ID theft if it makes you feel better, I do not need that, I just need to confirm identity, as it is a GHOSTwriting position.
To begin with, you will be given clear instructions on what to do, when you are finished with the first phase I will send you additional concepts to write into the book. You must be willing to create, not just regurgitate.

I pay well, I can pay via paypal, freelancer, crypto, bank account transfer, transferwise transfer. You will have part in writing an extremely unique book, and whether or not you end up agreeing with the arguments and concepts you put forth it will be an extremely mind-expanding exercise.
We will start with a FIXED PRICE project, which will be reading 10 chapters of another book, and using the concepts to write the first chapters of this book. This is to provide a technical understanding and background for the rest of the book to develop. Those 10 chapters are around 130 pages COMBINED, so about 13 pages each chapter. You will be reading them (takes me around 1-2hrs, very short read) then going through and slowly covering all the concepts with great humor, candor, and modern wit. Your quote is for this first part.

I totally agree with you about the freelancers that take 18 hours to reply and do not even take the liberty of using MS Word. I am certainly not like that. However there are a few things I do not like too:
I do not like employers making huge promises of awarding big time and paying well but not from the first job. They promise for long term work and disappear. They want custom bids and do not even have the liberty of responding back.
About Me and your project. I will sign an NDA as well as read some chapters of books regarding human nature and sociology. My quote is for this part. I will be charging $200 USD for reading and understanding the first 130 pages.
