I have completed a very similar yard renovation for my parents, as well as a couple neighbors, in Hawaii. My parents property is a half acre, with about 2/3rds of that being lawn area. So I've done a project approximately 30 times the size of this one, and in a much more rainy environment. I can definitely tackle this project for you.
