I manage a young female rock artist. We want to come up with some great looking web banners that have an entire 4 to 5 min music video in them. Or if you roll over the top of the banner it will expand and the video will start to play. the file size needs to be small but look great. I have a ton of great art to work with. Needs to run on all browsers.
