2D Animation In Adobe Animate or Flash about 1 Minute in 4 days

I want to guy to do a 2D animation completely done in animate or flash. only 4 days tight schedule. Shooting script and story board will be given bleow for reference. The story happens in a village in kerala so the characters and the background should be matched. there is an old man at his 60s and old women at 50s two kids looks they belong to 90s playing the younger versions of them. no dialogues, lip sync. The old man goes in a bycycle in his village at evening, he stops near the tea shop (Chayakada in Malayalam) old tea shop. There is a car outside the tea shop on the passenger side there is this old women. He sees her Two kids runs wipes the frame to an green plants surround they sits near the wall. they pluck one of the leaf and girl places on the hand of boy a white stain in the shape of leaf. camera is right above the characters. an water droplet drops from the screen transition, the drop hits the left hand of the old man. he looks away from the women and goes to the long stretch road. starts to rain camera pulls back trough the windshiled of the car showing the man goes. the end.
