We need an update done to a website that is about 8 pages. The new design for this website will need to be dynamic with a flash header, menus, amd a very impressive professional design. We are looking for a designer that is very talented and has a lot of experience with flash. You will need to create professional icons on some of the pages on this website. Some designs that may be comparable to something we are looking at are: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The site in this project doesn't have to be done in Joomla - it can be flash and html. This project is for a website that advertises a medical product. Also, this site does interface with a shopping cart that is hosted on an external host. Only bid if you send us a portfolio and you are an expert in creative graphic design and flash.
