Design Holding/Landing Page.

I require a landing page designing. Just an image (jpg or png should do it), but if you can do it in flash then even better (see below but I would love the words'coming soon' rising up out of the pot like steam).
I have attached a couple of images so you get an idea of the style i require (in attached landingpage.zip.
Take a look at the "etiquette of tea" picture, a similar set up with flowery wallpaper in the back ground and a table with tea pot, tea cups, and a cake stand on it. The tea cup would have rising steam but the steam would spell the words "coming soon" flickering if possible.
I have also attached the logo to also include in the image.
I will require full rights and html and the final design in psd format.
Also i require the image to be watermark free as i have to show it to my client.
