Music Portal Enhancements Requirements & technical description **NOTE! My last provider did not finish anything, and waisted my time please be serious about your timelines and abilities Features -I need to improve a music portal and have the graphics with logo developed. I need a very nice new graphical theme for the pages as well as additional features added to what I already have operational from Jamroom. Visual Tech.- I would like a customized look for the site including a little Flash but I need "less flash" as many people have slow connections and flash bogs down the connection and they will leave before the page appears. I do want a couple small load time flash items at the top that are interesting and catch attention. PRICE - I might be willing to pay a bit more than 300 to the right person especially if I like the graphical work and everything runs smoothly and on time. I already have the Jamroom music file management system factory installed at the website so it has many of the functions listed below in place already but additional features must work with the Jamroom software functions. Admin area for: • Viewing webcam and chat Email verification of new members. • Upgraded memberships with PayPal auto-renewal monthly billing. • Free members • silver, gold and platinum members • Emailing members • Viewing members • Deleting members • Upgrading memberships I have many web development projects underway and would prefer to use my standard project terms if they are agreeable to you. My standard terms are: Payment schedule: • 1st Payment deposit of 40% of total job to be put in escrow at project initiation and released at 40% completion of job such as graphics, logos, page elements or icons and page templates complete and approved • 2nd Payment 30% of job to be paid at 70% completion of project which will be released at point where there is reasonable functionality but not complete functionality • 3rd payment of final 30% when website is tested including administrator and user functions and all graphics are completely satisfactory based on project briefing documents Project Timing: • Commitment - You will need to be on time with your project timing commitment as I have had several experiences where the developing firm was very late and this makes me look bad and makes me miss my commitments to my business partners • Penalty - I will need to charge you 10% of project total for each week you are late with complete delivery of finished project. I will consider waiving this if we are doing ground breaking programming or if I feel you are working hard, making substantial progress, communicating with me regularly, however waiving the late penalty will be completely my decision. Project Briefing and Features: • ALL FEATURES AND FUNCTIONALITY will be required to be completed as stated in original project briefing document and any supplemental documents provided to you prior to awarding of this project. Should this be a clone project you will need to provide all functionality of clone site also. Preferred Bidding Status: • Developers that perform well on my projects will be given first opportunity to win any and all new contracts with equal or lower bids for all future projects. Communication: • I will expect several messages per week with updates on project progress with any questions about graphics or functionality you may have. Please reply to my terms to confirm they will meet with your approval, ask any questions you may have, confirm you have fully read the briefing document, restate firm project timelines, and let me know when you can start.
