short voiceover flash advert for job site

hi, please see the video at [login to view URL] i am about to launch a job site which can be seen at j o r b b .com / index dot php I have a flash banner at the moment, but I am cosidering adding a video since it is more visually appealing and i can post into youtube etc. i will need you to conceptualise the animation and do a voiceover in English (male or female is ok). the theme of site is for youngish crowd, teenagers and young adults. you can see the site slogan on top left logo. i will provide you with the animation sprites in fla etc. pls do send samples of your work.
