Convert Timeline Flash banner to AS2 using TweenNano

I already have a complete TimeLine version of a 300x250 Flash Banner. All you need to do is convert it to ActionScript 2 using TweenNano or TweenLite (Greensock) ... If you are expert in Greensock tools then this is easy for you. I need the Actionscript version to look and animate exactly as the Timeline version while keeping the layers intact and the code clean and easy to modify. No cheating on the code and keep the timeline just 1 frame for each layer since this is in actionscript if you know what I mean. I will send the winning bidder the FLA file.
