We would like to connect Filemaker with Freshdesk by way of their respective APIs. We would like to be able to do the following: 1. Insert / Update the Customers table in Freshdesk using information we have stored in a FileMaker Customers table, ensuring that Name, Email and Custom field information is transferred across. 2. From within FileMaker, we'd like to be able to generate a list of tickets on demand that are connected with a particular User (by way of multiple email addresses we have on file for them and/or data stored within Freshdesk ticket fields referencing the User's unique ID within FileMaker) and display that in a Web Viewer within FileMaker. The ticket list should be clickable and should take the user to the ticket in the FreshDesk portal.
