Facebook Application -- LANDING APP --

Background; I have been promoting a specific application as an affiliate. (I get paid per install) Since the new FB rules have been established I have been unable to use the landing page of the vendor because it does not adhere to FB guidlines. Solution; I need an app that explains the terms of the application as well as displays pictures and other information about the application then when the use accepts the terms, i want the user data stored on one of my SQL servers (Friends, friends pictures, etc, basically all properties that can be collected) then i want to forward them to the application i am promoting. this is the beginning of a much larger application... so whoever bids may have a long term project on there hands... need quick turn around on this initial piece, 2 to 3 days, please state your lead time in ur bid response.. thanks!!
