Social Media Marketing

I am looking for someone to help maintain and grow my Instagram account fitgirlreising. I am a 20 year old personal trainer using my instagram account as a platform to both grow a following, help/inspire womens' fitness/lifestyles and sell workout plans from my website fitreising.com. Need expertise in the following areas: Account management My page should show a combination of fitness and lifestyle pictures, aimed to attract females to want to workout and achieve improved fitness and health. Ideally I would have one food/recipe photo a week, 1-3 workout videos bi-weekly, and fitness/lifestyle photos on the other days. I want one post each day, with pre-planned hashtags (provided by me) added in the comments section below. I am a part of 2 social media trade groups (1 in Instagram DM, the other on Telegram) and am expected to keep up with liking and commenting on each post shared in the groups. The purpose of the group is to fairly like and comment on each post shared so that they like and comment back when we share our post in the group. Each time my VA posts on my account, I would like them to share the post in these groups so that the members of the groups will reciprocate and like/comment back. Photo/editing I would need someone who is good at editing photos to display on phones (I prefer the editing apps Snapseed and Facetune 2 and will specify what want edited in photos), can post 1-2 photos daily, and participate in liking/commenting on the photos shared in a couple group chats (its a trade for comment/like group). The videos are going to be posted less often, but I still need someone who can handle combining, trimming, adding music to the videos, etc. Additional Information & Requirements I already have a huge selection of aesthetic photos taken, and know what order I want them in for a page colour scheme. I would send the photos chronologically as to the order I want them posted in, using the app called Planoly. The Instagram page itself has to look as visually appealing as each individual photo (aka the order of the photos is important so it does not appear too busy). The daily tasks take me about one hour, 5 days a week. If you had any suggestions as to what sort of posts/photos I should incorporate into my feed, it would be appreciated and welcomed! Pages I admire/want to use as inspiration for page layouts and editing include: teaganmariefit (for videos) , katiecrewe (photos and content) , lyzabeth lopez (videos and content) I currently have about 27,000 follows and am aiming to improve on my content for each photo (have a more helpful, insightful, tips etc. in the caption) so that I can grow my content to be more helpful to people on their fitness journey. While I am trying to continue to grow my following, I am shifting my focus from purely growing a following, to focusing on fitness content first. It is essential then that I have someone else doing the editing of photos and videos, posting with hashtags, and staying active in the social media groups. This will free my time so I can improve and create more content while maintaining my social media image with the assistance of a VA. My goal is that future growth is generated from helping people specifically in my target market. In Summary, these are the tasks necessary for my goals: Photo editing Video editing Posting once a day with hashtags Group trade: liking/commenting/sharing It is expected that it will take a while for a VA to get to know me, my preferences and tastes, what kind of editing I like, and understand what I want them to do. What I need is someone who is willing to listen to specificity and detail. Would like to start by having my VA applicant sample editing a couple of photos with my guidance and gradually have them take on a larger role in my account.
