Social Media Manager

We need a social media manager to handle our Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Youtube accounts. We are an NGO called "International Changemaker Olympiad" working with children. You can see about our organization below.

Requirements:
1. Someone who understands the science of how to increase social media following
2. Sit with us, understand the requirements, and create a social media following plan.
3. Can post at least 1 post/day (don't just need someone to post just for the sake of it, but someone who can understand the essence of the organization, follow a strategy, and put in time to post good posts)
4. Someone who will take ownership and doesn't need reminding or follow ups
5. Needless to say, should be great with photos and video design tools to make nice creatives.
We can start off with a month to try out, and then it can continue for more months if everything falls in place.
