We need someone who can grow our following on social media. The growth must be in REAL followers (no black hat stuff) and specifically focused on American followers, as that is our target market. We already have the channels built and approximately 200-250 followers per channel. You will be putting out posts & tweets & images multiple times every day, and they must be properly scheduled so they are being released in the morning, afternoon and evening, US central time. Use of scheduling software is a must.
We're looking for a fluent english speaker that understands social media and has a proven track record of putting out decent content. We have the channels established, we now want them to be grown. We are allowing for 5 hours per week for this, as it honestly should take less than half of that to plug in the content to a social media scheduling software. The initial week can be billed at 10 hours as you review our channels to see what we've been doing, get a feel for who we are and what we do, then begin to pull together a library of future content, and add our passwords/links the social media scheduling software you use (i.e. Hootsuite, Buffer, etc)
The initial focus should be on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest, though if the person can grow our LinkedIn following too, then it would be a bonus. You will be expected to create and release short, punchy, funny content that will draw interest... then every other day include a post that will drive traffic to our product homepage via a direct message about what we do. Posts should mostly be themed around (1) supporting the US military, (2) working overseas, (3) supporting US law enforcement, (4) being patriotic, (5) supporting hard working blue collar types- Electricians, Carpenters, Welders, etc. and finally (6) office humor to relate to white collar professionals. Many of the posts should be humorous so as to increase the chances of them being shared, re-pinned, re-tweeted, etc. Knowledge of currently popular memes, pop culture and trending subjects is also essential.
Must have 90% or better success rate and at least 500 billed hours.
We track all of our metrics thoroughly every week. Progress and growth will be expected. If you arent able to create actual growth with your content, then please do not apply. We track and analyze every aspect of what's going on with our social media, so only apply if you are confident in your ability to grow our followers, likes, re-pins/re-tweets, etc.
