I need to find houses to buy directly from the homeowner and not listed with an agent. This will be done by joining Houston TX and Dallas tx garage sale groups and yard sale groups (NOT REAL ESTATE GROUPS!) and post this "I am looking for a house to invest in, for sale by owner only, please." After you get people saying that they are interested to send them a private message and say that you will have your boss Charles the investor reach out. PM this "Thanks for reaching out about selling your property in the group. Are you the homeowner and is it listed?" After they answer, say this "perfect, what is a good number for you and I will have Charles reach out?
