I have three excel files:
1. First one shows our field operational progress (which changes weekly to reflect their forecast to reality)
2. The second one is a service calculator, which calculates the average price of services we get from our customer in the past 6 months. The purpose of this is to get an estimate of how much we will charge our customers in the future.
So from again, First file shows what we are forecasting in the future in terms of service activity, which gets updated on a weekly basis, to reflect what has been done and what not. Second file shows you the average price for each service type.
3. Third file takes the data input from file one and file two to tell you how much revenue we are forecasting to win by the end of the month, and it gets more accurate with time the more you keep updating file one and two and make them more realistic.
As you all can imagine, this process is pretty much hard and time consuming, specially it has to be done on a weekly basis. I want to some to do something about this concept to make as much automated as possible. So that we can enter as minimum information as possible. file looks to be more attractive is also important
