Workload analysis calculator to determine FTEs

Hi, I’m a data analyst and working in the capacity of Workforce planning analyst with a large contact centre for last 5 years. Manpower forecasting & efficient deployment is what I do for a living. My job is to generate call load forecast based on historical trends, ongoing promotional campaigns, increase in customer base/public holidays and some other internal factors. Based on forecasted call volumes & average handling time, I calculate the number of FTE required per month/ per day & intra day to handle various call arrival patters.
