Virtual Assistant needed for research, scheduling & organization tasks

We are looking for a motivated, punctual, savvy and prompt virtual assistant to help us compile research, organize files, create brief ppt/keynote presentations and assist in the scheduling of appointments and projects.

A successful candidate will:

Have experience using research tactics that aid in sourcing, obscure, hard to find information. Be organized and knowledgable with tactics and processes that optimize workflow. Have experience using the following software:

Google Sheets / Excel

Google Slides / Powerpoint or Keynote

Constructing Gantt Charts

Google Calendar
