I have a file of 10 000 rows (the amount can vary). I need a macro where I can decide a percentage value and then have that many rows removed RANDOMLY from the file. For example, if I set the random value to 20%, 2000 rows would be RANDOMLY removed. If I set it to 10%, 1000 rows would be RANDOMLY removed and so forth. I need this macro for future use and I need it done today already. Budget max 25 USD since it's a quick job.
