Rough Cut Capacity Model based in Excel

Current State: I manage a spreadsheet that utilizes a pivot table and slicers (CAPACITY VIEW). One very important aspect of the process is to capture notes at the work center group level during the weekly review. Problem Statement: The notes can be added to the pivot table / slicer worksheet (CAPACITY VIEW) but they are not dynamic. When a different slicer is viewed the notes become meaningless for the new work center group being viewed. Future State: Dynamic notes need to be added at the work center level. There are four criteria: 1) The notes must be dynamic, as the work center group slicer or machine status slicer is changed the associated notes about that view must appear. 2) The notes must appear within pivot table / slicer worksheet (CAPACITY VIEW). Users will not search for the information in another worksheet. 3) Users must be able to add, change, or remove notes within pivot table / slicer worksheet (CAPACITY VIEW). 4) No other software can be used it must be Excel or Visual basic is ok to use. What I have done: I was able to achieve #1 and #2 above #3 is proving to be difficult.
