I need to read and update a google Sheet

1) You have to copy a row from sheet "Planilla" col B to the end of the row and paste it on the textarea in [login to view URL] and then click on "formatear"
2)You will receive "LOOPBACK","RED LAN DATOS" you have to check if "LOOPBACK" exists on "Wan" sheet and is not red and "RED LAN DATOS" on "LAN" sheets and check the same(exists and is not red)
3) Finally when you click "Generate" on provisionador page you have to change the previous background color
