We are looking to add to our GOAST (Greatest Operational and Administrative Support Team). This is a long-term position where you will learn and grow along with the team. We are looking for a committed, trust-worthy, self-starter, interested in learning, and with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Initially, you will be supporting one of our US based IT projects which we are managing. You will be trained on and work closely with the project manager (US Eastern late-afternoon/evening) Key responsibilities will include: • Organizing and upkeep of project repository in SharePoint • Management of complex project task list • Drafting emails – both responses, and pro-active to keep the project in great shape • Understanding and assisting the management of the project financials • Creating project calendars, status updates/PowerPoints In additional to the above, here are a few of the technologies that may be helpful to understand (not required): • Tier-2 or Tier-1 technical support • Wi-Fi support (for hotel guests) • SalesForce Hours will vary however will be full-time (40+). Communications will be mostly via Skype, Hangout, WebEx, so a good, consistent internet connection is required.
