Our Company is seeking an Accounting Assistant who can also assist in the Accounts Payable department. This is a partime time position in a busy environment. Duties include: accounts payable, daily purchase reconciliations, coding and pricing scale tickets, customer service, processing sales and purchase contracts and reports, as well as processing shipments and invoices. This candidate will also be in charge of cutting live checks on a daily basis. Previous experience with cutting checks, accounting, and excel is required, knowledge of ADP a plus.
You must be experienced in QuickBooks Desktop, and have a strong background in accounts receivable. You should be detail oriented, good at proactively solving problems, a confident communicator (via phone and email), and a team player.
