Online Survey Management

This job is manage a survey households that own certain electronic equipment in parts of Northeast United States. The objective is to collect accurate information on what these equipment are, and their various detailed types (e.g. model numbers etc). We have executed similar surveys over the past two years. The survey is entirely online utilizing a SurveyMonkey platform where participants answer questions and provide pictures of the subject equipment. This year, we would like to bring the panel outreach (i.e. finding the households) in-house, rather than using existing panels like Mechanical Turk, Qualtrics, etc as we have done in the past. Due to the new approach we project that the survey management (and associated analyses and reporting by others) will run through a period of 2 to 3 months, part-time effort. We are looking for a survey manager who has the skills to participate in a successful project. The key requirements for the survey manager role are as follows: 1. Participant recruitment: utilizing our company's online advertising, recruit survey participants which will number up to 2,000. Specific household recruitment criteria will be provided. 2. Understand and update as needed existing survey (SurveyMonkey platform) 3. Provide QA/QC on the data going into the survey, ensure participants adhere to required parameters and provide ongoing reports on survey progress for performance tracking. 4. Coordinate with others the customer service and informational role for survey participants, e.g. FAQs and responses to participant questions. 5. Work with analysts to update survey performance report for this year
