Tab 1: Create a New Batch: the purpose of this tab is to have a simple user-friendly form to create a new 'batch'
Tab 2: Add Data to Batch: the purpose of this tab is to have a user-friendly form to add additional information to an already created 'batch'
Tab 3: Lookup Batches (Dashboard): the purpose of this tab is to have a user-friendly way to lookup Batch information
Tab 4: Raw Data: the purpose of this tab is to store all the batch data
The required fields are attached to this excel spreadsheet.
