Interface to modify/print pdf multiple excel at the same time

I need some sort of program that allows me to change an entry on multiple excel document and to print it (i need to select a folder and it must check every subfolder for any excel document)
i dont want them to do both at the same time i just want it to be able to edit them all then after i select the option to print it and i re run the script
