Looking for a Virtual Assistant who can adapt to different roles - I may require help collecting work in from various writers and putting them together or I may require help with data entry tasks. For the first 4 weeks of this job you will mainly be collecting data from websites and entering into a spreadsheet - I may have additional tasks within these few weeks also. It is essential that you complete work within time given and are always available to communicate with whilst in working hours. I'd estimate 2-3 hours daily will be required to start with - 7 days a week preferable but can be relaxed around this and drop to 6 if required - hours will likely go up after this trial period. An hourly rate is preferred after the first week - to see how we get on together and how quick you can complete tasks but the first week will be on a fixed price budget. Please bid for approximately 20 hours work for Week 1 - best rates preferred but more important is speed of work and communication. Bonus would be the ability to work around (or as close to) my hours if possible (GMT) Copy/Paste applications will not be looked at and deleted. Applications with no proposal will not be looked at and deleted.
