We did a crowd-funding campaign and successfully delivered most of the products. However, in the last few months, I have had to travel and we had some email issues resulting in a huge back-log (of over 450 emails!). Since I'm handling the emails alone, I need help with the following aspect:
1. Go through the unread emails and classify them for various actions (e.g. shipping issues, product refunds, complaint and questions, junk).
2. List down the various actions on an excel file for me to process.
3. Reply to customer emails with the appropriate actions.
This will require a lot of time spent just sitting and reading emails and diligently classifying them into excel.
1. Ability to compose mails in English well
2. Ability to quickly grasp the issues customers have mentioned in the email
3. Very simple ability on excel (google sheets) - just document the email id, type of issue, action expected.
I want to split the work into 2 sections separated a day apart. I expect both sessions to take about 8 hours each.
1. Email checking, classification and documenting actions
2. Post actions, Email replies
We need to be physically co-located for this since you will have questions during the process. I would rather you work out of Starbucks Indiranagar (food/ coffee charges up to INR 500 will be paid by me).
