We require the assistance of a Google Sheets/Docs expert to assist with the amendment of pre-existing Sheets and creation of a new process integrating Google Docs, Drive and Sheets.
It is difficult for me to elaborate ALL of the functions and work to be involved, however as a quick summary I can say the following:
- We use various Google Sheets to keep track of monthly sales data which we manually input
- A 'sale' in our industry is a lead who has converted into a paying consulting client
- We want to be able to automate the process of once a lead converts into a paying client that a few things happen:
1. The sheets transfer data from one to another where required
2. A unique client folder is created in a shared Google Drive with certain blank templates saved to that folder
3. We need to be able to generate receipts/invoices for each unique client using Google Doc templates
4. You need to be fully knowledgeable in Sheet formulas and the creation of rules/triggering data across one area to another
5. You need to know how to set up conditional formatting/colour coding
6. I expect this to be a project that requires maybe 10 hours of developement initially, plus spending about an hour or two discussing the project on a call.
7. I expect this to be an on-going relationship/work as we will continue to develop our Google Sheet/Doc process until it becomes most likely our replacement CRM
