1) get Total treatments or evaluations rendered by each therapist per month
2) use those totals calculate the monthly payroll expense based on their individual pay rate structure for either regular treatments rendered (lower pay) versus evaluation and treatment rendered (higher pay)
3) calculate total expenses outgoing by month
4) calculate gross revenue by month and year
5) show monthly positive versus negative balance
