I want to be able to calculate a score from each column using either formulas or macros that also allows me to modify the columns and the formulas/macros as needed I work in international development and I am building a team. The team has given me information about their programs and I want to be able to query different columns to see who's the best fit for a project But I don't know formulas or macros so I need some help, otherwise I'll need to make a new set of formulas/macros whenever I have a new query... See attached example with imaginary cells above the spreadsheet data...I need those to work. And depending on the contents of each Column, a different way to score (sliding scale, 0-100, fixed (i.e. for every letter "P" gets 10 points, every letter "S" gets 3 points...) we can discuss if anything I'm writing makes sense to you
