Excel File VBA maintenance and update

I am an IT enthusiast, but I am not too good with programming or VBA. As a side project, I am compiling some data and would like to make it user friendly. In an excel file I have been developing insofar, I have been successful in implementing different functions throughout, by the help of some individuals here, friend circles, and myself through research. Through this listing, I am seeking someone to cooperate in the long term future, as well as current tasks which I need to take care of. My pre-requisites, is that you understand how to communicate, you speak English at a standard level, are an expert at VBA, data entry and can develop a relationship for the long term, therefore a responsible individual all around. Hence, only individuals with a 'repeat hire rate' of 30% and above need to apply or bid. You can have a look at the file attached and let me know whether you understand the code, and are able to work with it in the long term? I already have some tasks which you could help with, input a 'sort' criteria in Listbox UserForm and a 'find' function. Additionally, I would also like to consult in how to better improve the file and coordinate data a little better. The priority is to discuss maintenance and update costs for the file for the long term. The initial tasks, I will pay up to 30$, but that includes time it will take for you to look at the file and coordinate yourself for the maintenance when needed, after that I only need editing the code slightly, to refine little details here and there. There is only little code and for an introduction to waste less of your time, we can have a skype session to ease communication and get a head start. If you understand what I seek, then feel free to send me a message, but...I'v had some issues here with some freelancers where, they told me that 'overcharging' and 'over budget' is a tradition in freelancers. I have also had contact with people who wrote code and did not know what and how they wrote it, or perhaps they only recorded macros, so when asked to modify slightly, it took them 2 hours instead of a few minutes. I have also had individuals who told me they wrote new code, when they did not, after inspecting the file I found the same code I had put in there. Lastly, only to shift some cells and make some minor changes to their code (approx. 5 minutes of work), they wanted to charge me 20$, and so on and so on...If you adhere to such principles, please, steer clear.
