The speedometer is just a modified pie chart. I have not tried it so far, but sure it can be done. I presume you have only value to depict in a range , say, 1 to 100.

How many metrics per month are you looking to track? Do you want to also track (chart) monthly / weekly trends with baseline and target performance?
