Departments: Customer Service, Inbound, Outbound, Retention
Multiple Centers (We Outsource to Multiple Teams): 3 Total
Where the Data Exists:
LiveAgent, Dialer Software
Reports I'm Pulling:
Daily agent numbers, daily calls, daily tags for customer inquiries.
What I Need:
A Zoho report that I simply feed in daily CSV exports (1 from call data, 1 from agent report data, 1 from tag report data) and can then see a dashboard/reports in the KPIs included in my uploaded screenshot on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
This MUST be done quickly AND effectively. I need a MASTER of reporting to tackle this Key Performance Indicator need! :)
