Hi I have a scan of a document and I would like to use this as a template that I can fill out myself. All I have is a B/W scan that you see enclosed. The logo will be provided by me. It is VERY important that you keep the 100% correct measurements!! The rows, columns and the text should be exactly as they are on the scan - ready to fill out. Also the fonts should be as close to the original as possible. You can do it in word or excel, but I think Excel is probably the better solution. I will give you the original scan without blackouts upon assigning the task. Please make sure that you understand this 100% before you apply! If you are good with word or excel, this should not take longer than max ½ hour. Take care Erik
