VBA guru expert ONLY from South America, Eastern Europe, Russia, Spain, Portugal, or China

This posting is only for consultants who: - Are available >= 20 hours per week, and can start immediately - Are from: South America, Eastern Europe, Russia, China, Spain, or Portugal - Can easily, WITHOUT research, create a VBA workbook that takes file paths from cells in an Excel workbook, zips those files together, and uploads the resultant zip file to a FTP (server details/credentials will be indicated in the workbook). Can explain how to do this in technical terms during interview. - Can easily, WITHOUT research, create a VBA workbook with cells that can be used as merge fields to populate Outlook oft template files.
