Hi there. I have lots of experience with SQL Server and .NET programming, in general as well as against Office products. I can easily build this import module for you. One question: Do you want to have the solution run as a user interaction process with the user selecting the file to import, or do you want a back-end process where the file is imported if it is placed in a specific folder? Both are equally possible, I just need confirmation on which way you would like to go. I need about 4 days to get this done if I can get started over this weekend still, otherwise I may need an extra day or so during the week. Regards, Joon
