I have a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and over 10 years of experience in customer service. I worked for a contact center here in the Philippines. Initially, I was an email, chat support, and phone customer representative for a number of US-based companies, including but not limited to America Online (AOL), Verizon, and AT&T. I was subsequently promoted to QA specialist and then trainer. I was responsible for training a 15-agent team for over seven years. Part of the job description was monitoring calls and chat transcripts to ensure that agents adhere to company protocols and provide exceptional customer service.
