online marketing research in russia

I am designing a new startup and need a simple marketing research on our target customers. I want freelancers to reach Russians who had holiday in Turkey, and do a survey (1) with an online questionnaire (2) with in person call . Therefore my freelancer needs to be a russian with internet and phone access. One suggested method will be as follows: The surveyor will search russian tourists who has instagram posts from a set of locations from Turkey (we will give the locations). so that we will know that they had holiday in Tutkey. Than they will send direct messages to them and invite them to take the short questionnaire. The validation will be made with instagram screenshots of communications. Freelancers free to propose other methods.
