full time network admin NOC administrator manager

We are looking for a full time (40+ hours per week), long-term (3+ years), network admin to join our team. We develop, deliver, and support technology primarily for the hospitality industry in the United States (VoIP, Wi-Fi, SMS, etc.). Our company is Cirious Technologies ([login to view URL]) We remotely manage several properties, and have a small 24x7 virtual contact center. We are a fairly small team (about 12 of us) and work together on many projects. We are growing and need a couple great teammates to join us and share in the progress & benefits. We need a network engineer who can take ownership of our operational systems, ensure they are monitored correctly, secure, and operational 24x7x365. You will have a couple expert T3 engineers (both part time), as well as other resources to help you ensure we maintain a solid infrastructure. You will be responsible for the overall network management, security, and performance. The ideal candidate will: 1. Be qualified and open to take ‘ownership’ of our network – 24x7x365 (you will not have to work 24x7, just ‘own’)  2. Be a team player, open and honest communicator. Fully trustworthy. 3. Have excellent network operations skills, NOC and security experience 4. Fluent in English 5. Be able to reliably work remotely (good internet connection and PC/laptop) Duties will include: Setting up a monitoring and alerting system (enhance our virtual NOC) Overseeing technical deliveries into our network (as we add cutomers) Organize and maintain network and customer configurations Be T2 escalation point for our contact center staff (T3 is also appreciated, though not required) Updating Visio, Word, Excel, and PPT (we can provide the s/w) Perhaps some coding, web, etc. Thank you for your consideration.
