Digitize industrial electrical circuit diagrams into iCircuit for improved troubleshooting

I have read your requirements for the project, I have a good understanding of electrical circuits, and I have worked with different kinds of simulation software from Multisim to PSPice. I have not used in depth the iCircuit app, I used it when I was a student to test some circuits, and I have seen that is easy to be interfaced. You just need someone to take the time to "port" the circuits, and I am quite capable of completing this task. I would suggest you changing the approach to a "fixed price" budget, and that way we can agree for certain circuits for certain price and time deadlines in case you have doubts of my skills. I've been doing circuit simulations on PC for quite some time now (almost 5 years, using PSpice, Multisim, etc.) and I was initially interested in why you'd choose to work with iCircuit, instead of other traditional programs. But no worries - I'll work with what you choose. I don't have it installed, but I have access to iCircuit - I can get it installed in seconds. I'll utilise the skills I've gained from using Multisim to develop what you need using iCircuit. I've worked on freelancing projects for other people before (not on Freelancer.com, though) and have learnt to Always Be Communicating - I'll never go silent on you. I know a little about icircuits, but I am very good with electrical drawings reading and troubleshooting. I can master icircuits (that is not a problem at all). Also I am good at communicating in english so discussion wont be a problem for us at all. I am basically a instrumentation engineer, so understanding interface between various devices has always been a cakewalk for me.
